For over 30 years Lee Ann Wilkinson has been a top real estate agent in Lewes, focusing on bringing buyers and sellers together all over Sussex County, Delaware. After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from The University of Delaware, Lee Ann returned home to Lewes and decided to join in the family Real Estate business (Prudential Gallo REALTORS, with offices in Lewes and Rehoboth). Upon the completion of her first real estate sale, Lee Ann realized that matching buyers with homes was something that she truly enjoyed and for which she possessed a unique talent. Currently Lee Ann ranks as the number one REALTOR® in total sales volume and dollar value in Sussex County, Delaware and is proud to have maintained this position for many years now.

Dawn Singley - Showing Coordinator

Dawn Singley relocated to Lewes, Delaware from Southern New Jersey in 1999. She joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. Dawn has worked in an administrative capacity for several Lewes real estate agencies and offers extensive knowledge of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach . She is usually the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office, as she is our receptionist and showing coordinator. Dawn resides in Georgetown, Delaware with her husband, Darrin, and their two Chihuahuas, Shana and Cody.

Carrie Gentile, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Carrie Gentile joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2005 and earned her real estate license the same year.  Carrie has worn many hats at the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, from Listing Coordinator to Buyers Agent to her current role as Lee Ann’s Personal Assistant. Carrie has enjoyed working closely with both buyers and sellers over the years handling everything from marketing properties for sale to writing contracts for Lee Ann’s buyers to showing properties. Carrie says that as a transplant from DC, she can identify with buyers who are looking for an escape from the big city and loves to help them find just the right home. Raised in the Washington DC area, she relocated to Sussex County to allow her two young daughters to benefit from the unique, small-town atmosphere of Lewes Beach, Delaware.

Rachel Dos Santos, REALTOR®, Listing Coordinator

 

 

Rachel Dos Santos earned her real estate license and joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2009 as a Listing Coordinator. Rachel is tri-lingual, speaking fluent Spanish, Portuguese, (as well as her native English). 

Rachel works closely with Lee Ann's sellers to position their house to sell quickly and for the best price. She coordinates everything from the virtual tours and photography to the agent tours. She writes advertising copy for all marketing materials and manages our two Multiple Listing Services, DELMLS and TREND. Rachel continues to track our seller's properties throughout the sales process to ensure they continue to be positioned appropriately and advertised correctly from start to finish.

 

 

 

Michelle Huff, REALTOR®, Settlement Coordinator

 

Michelle Huff joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2009 but she has been involved in the Lewes, Delaware real estate market for many years, working in both the sales and rental departments of several local real estate agencies including Prudential Gallo prior to coming to The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group.

 

Cyndi Myers, REALTOR®, Settlement Coordinator

 

 

Cyndi Myers joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, she very capably and patiently assists buyers and sellers with the last phase of the real estate transaction - the settlement. Her demeanor and skill are invaluable, helping each party take care of the many details and providing a seamless experience. Cyndi moved to Sussex County, Delaware in 2005 from the Washington, DC metro area and loves living near the coast.

 

 

Dane Baich, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

 

Born in Wilmington, Dane Baich moved to Lewes while in his teens and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. After attending the University of Delaware, he joined Prudential Gallo Realtors as a real estate sales associate at the Lewes, Delaware office. Baich is extremely knowledgeable about the Lewes area and has quickly gained a reputation as an honest and hardworking buyer's agent. Dane is also the lead sales agent at Bay Crossing, representing Blenheim Homes as their on-site agent.

Garrett King, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Garrett King earned his real estate license and joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group as a buyer’s agent in 2010. Garrett, a Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Tech graduate, enjoys working in this pivotal role matching clients with the perfect properties. Garrett, who is from Rehoboth Beach originally, lived around the world growing up but says his favorite place is Lewes, Delaware. When he is not working, you'll find him with a group of friends or running on the beach.
