Lee Ann Wilkinson - REALTOR and President

For over 20 years Lee Ann Wilkinson has been a top real estate agent in Lewes, focusing on on bringing buyers and sellers together all over Sussex County, Delaware. After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from The University of Delaware, Lee Ann returned home to Lewes and decided to join in the family Real Estate business (Prudential Gallo REALTORS, with offices in Lewes and Rehoboth). Upon the completion of her first real estate sale, Lee Ann realized that matching buyers with homes was something that she truly enjoyed and for which she possessed a unique talent. Currently Lee Ann ranks as the number one realtor in total sales volume and dollar value in Sussex County, Delaware and has been ranked number one in Sussex county for the last 12 out of 14 years.

Lee Ann Wilkinson has consistently ranked in the top 30 in the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. network in the United States and Canada for the past several years.

Dane Baich - Buyer's Agent

Born in Wilmington, Dane Baich moved to Lewes while in his teens and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. After attending the University of Delaware, he joined Prudential Gallo Realtors as a real estate sales associate at the Lewes realty office. Baich is extremely knowledgeable about the Lewes region and has gained a reputation as an honest and hardworking realtor. He is now with the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group working as a buyer's agent.

Christine Davis - Buyer's Agent

Christine Davis joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2003 as a real estate agent (buyer's agent) but has also served as the listing coordinator. She has quickly become an expert in identifying the needs and wants of her real estate customers and clients, and has become one of the top producers at Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®.

Christine has a background in the Air Force - serving as a Staff Sergeant in Civil Engineering. She has had the opportunity to serve our country in Holland and New Mexico, and other locations around the world. After leaving the military, Christine worked for the board of directors of a large physician organization based in Milton. Christine moved to the area in 1999 and now resides in Lewes, Delaware.

Rachel Dos Santos - Listing Coordinator

Rachel Dos Santos joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2009 as the Listing Coordinator. She works closely with Lee Ann's sellers in order to position their house to sell. She arranges everything from virtual tours, photos, advertising and open houses to advertising and MLS listing information. Rachel continues to track properties over time to ensure they continue to be positioned and advertised correctly from from start to finish in the selling process.

Carrie Gentile - Personal Assistant

Carrie Gentile joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2005. She has had her real estate license for four years and serves as Lee Ann's expediter/personal assistant, often showing properties for Lee Ann and handling some contract details. Raised in the Washington D.C. area, she and her husband relocated to Sussex County, Delaware to allow their two young daughters to benefit from the unique, small-town atmosphere of Lewes, Delaware.

Michelle Huff - Settlement Coordinator

Michelle Huff joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2009 but she has been involved in the Lewes, Delaware real estate market for years, working for several local real estate agencies including Prudential Gallo prior to coming to the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group.

Cyndi Myers - Settlement Coordinator

Cyndi Myers joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, she very capably and patiently assists buyers and sellers with the last phase of the real estate transaction - the settlement. Her demeanor and skill are invaluable to helping each party take care of the many details, and to making it seamless. Cyndi moved to Sussex County, Delaware in 2005 from the Washington, DC metro area and loves living near the coast.

Dawn Singley - Showing Coordinator

Dawn Singley is a relative newcomer to the Lewes, Delaware area, having moved here from Southern New Jersey in 1999. She joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. Dawn has worked in an administrative capacity for several Lewes real estate agencies and offers extensive knowledge of the Lewes and Rehoboth region. She is usually the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office, as she is our receptionist and showing coordinator. Dawn resides in Georgetown, Delaware with her husband, Darrin, and their two chihuahuas, Shana and Cody.

Holly Wright - Website Content and Technical Assistant

Holly Wright is the latest member to join the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, coming to us in early 2008. Holly serves as the website content manager for the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group real estate site (www.lewesrealestate.com). Her responsibilities include marketing Lee Ann's featured real estate listings of homes in Lewes, Rehoboth, and surrounding areas of Sussex County, Delaware on the internet. Holly obtained her real estate license in 2008.
