Born in Wilmington, Dane Baich moved to Lewes while in his teens and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. After attending The University of Delaware, he joined Prudential Gallo, REALTORS as a real estate sales associate at the Lewes, Delaware office. Baich is extremely knowledgeable about the Lewes area and has quickly gained a reputation as an honest and hardworking buyer's agent. Dane is also the lead sales agent at Bay Crossing, representing Blenheim Homes as its on-site agent.
Carrie Gentile, REALTOR®, Buyer's AgentCarrie Gentile joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2005 and earned her real estate license the same year. Carrie has worn many hats at the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group: listing coordinator, buyer's agent, and her current role as Lee Ann’s personal assistant. Carrie has enjoyed working closely with both buyers and sellers over the years, handling everything from marketing properties for sale and writing contracts for Lee Ann’s buyers, to showing properties. Carrie says that as a transplant from DC, she can identify with buyers who are looking for an escape from the big city and loves to help them find just the right home. Raised in the Washington, DC area, she relocated to Sussex County to allow her two young daughters to benefit from the unique, small-town atmosphere of Lewes Beach, Delaware.

Chris Holt joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson group team in January 2012 as a listing and buyer’s agent and the chief operating officer for the Group. Chris became a full-time resident of Lewes in 2011 after living both here and in Washington, DC. since 2002. Prior to joining the team, Holt was a partner and principal of a public affairs and communications firm with offices in Phoenix and Washington, DC. In those cities, as well as Kansas City, MO and Des Moines, IA, he renovated and developed numerous residential and commercial properties with a special interest in restoring historically significant homes. Trish Irwin joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in March of 2012 and serves as the settlement coordinator. In her role, Trish works with Lee Ann's buyers and sellers to make sure that every aspect of the settlement process - from signed agreement to final settlement - is handled with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Especially in today's market, where attention to detail is critical, Trish is committed to watching out for your best interests. Trish holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has worked in the industry since 2004 as a listing and settlement coordinator. A Philadelphia area native, Trish moved to Lewes in 2000 after enjoying many summers in the area with her family.

Garrett King earned his real estate license and joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group as a buyer’s agent in 2010. Garrett, a Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Tech graduate, enjoys working in this pivotal role matching clients with the perfect properties. Originally from Rehoboth Beach, he grew up around the world but says his favorite place is Lewes, Delaware. When he is not working, you'll find him with a group of friends or running on the beach.
Erin Marsh, REALTOR®, Buyer's AgentErin Marsh is a buyer's agent for The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007, and her hard work and perseverance have led her to continued success in an ever-changing market. One of her greatest attributes is her dedication to provide the highest possible level of service to her clients. Her extroverted personality allows her to connect with people from all walks of life. Erin has an inherent sense when it comes to identifying her clients' needs, assisting them in realizing and achieving their dreams - whether they are purchasing or selling their homes. As a tenth-generation Rehoboth Beach native, Marsh's extensive knowledge of the area is paramount to her success in local real estate. She attended Delaware State University where she studied Clothing, Textiles, and Fashion Merchandising in addition to Spanish. Her thorough understanding of the Spanish language has proven to be quite an asset with the growing population of Sussex County. Cyndi Myers joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, she very capably and patiently assists buyers and sellers with the last phase of the real estate transaction - the settlement. Her demeanor and skill are invaluable, helping each party finalize the many details of the sales transaction and providing a seamless experience. Cyndi moved to Sussex County, Delaware in 2005 from the Washington, DC metro area and loves living near the coast.

Amy Richardson has her real estate license and joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2011 as a Listing Coordinator. Her prior experience in real estate consists of new home sales/marketing in the area since 2002. Amy works closely with Lee Ann's sellers to position their houses to sell quickly and for the best price. She coordinates everything from the virtual tours and photography to the agent tours. She writes advertising copy for all marketing materials and manages our two Multiple Listing Services, DELMLS and TREND. Amy continues to track our seIlers' properties throughout the entire sales journey to ensure they continue to be positioned appropriately and advertised correctly from start to finish.

Mark Robinson is a buyer’s agent with the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. A Washington, DC native, Mark moved to Lewes in 2007, having spent many years vacationing in the area. He has always worked in a customer service-related field, including his last position as a client services manager at a strategic communications company. Glowing recommendations from clients demonstrate his success in fulfilling our customer service mission. In his spare time, Robinson enjoys driving his vintage car, a 1959 Cadillac, which he shows at local cruise-ins and enters in the Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth Beach Christmas parades.
Dawn Singley relocated to Lewes, DE from Southern New Jersey in 1999. She joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in January 2007. Dawn has worked in an administrative capacity for several Lewes real estate agencies and offers extensive knowledge of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. She is usually the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office, as she is our receptionist and showing appointment coordinator. Dawn resides in Georgetown, DE with her husband, Darrin.
