I just want to say Thank You.  It was such a pleasure to have you sell my house.  My family loved Garrett and had a blast talking sports with him (even though he's an Eagles fan) - well, no one's perfect (hahaha!).  Seriously, he was always pleasant and always answered my or my family's calls when we had questions.
