You and your staff provided the best support and guidance I could have hoped to receive. From your recommendations for contractors to your quick identification of a buyer, the process of repairing and marketing the property could not have gone smoother. I am so grateful to you for the incredibly short time the house was on the market - less than one week! It is obvious, as it always has been, that you know your market and maintain the best "prospects" list in the area.

Your Client for Life,
Cathy Tatman, 2008

Rehoboth Restaurants Outside City Limits (Route 1 Corridor)

Deli 88 (actually its Midway between Lewes and Rehoboth)
18388 Coastal Highway, Rt.1 Heading South
302-645-0488
Soups, Sandwiches and...CHEESE STEAKS!
If you're travelling south on Route 1 it’s just beyond the turnoff for Wawa and a hair before the Atlantic Movie Theater. If you want to get a sandwich on your way to the beach, stop here. It's a great alternative to Wawa in the summer when you can hardly get in the parking lot!

Big Fish

20298 Coastal Highway
302-227-3474
From early Spring to late Summer you can find a line wrapped around the building...yeah, its that good. Famous for their Seafood which everybody loves, but their Fillet is pretty rockin too. Oh and their dessert - to die for. You cannot leave without tasting their famous family recipe chocolate cake. Then even have a cookbook so you can take the flavors of Rehoboth home!
