The Lewes Chamber of Commerce hosts Lewes' Annual British Car Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday May 1st from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Event will be held on the grounds of the Lewes Historical Society Complex.

I'm posting a press release below that I just sent out to the local papers about my upcoming "Retire to Delaware" workshops. It's pretty self-explanatory. I'm trying to "think out of the box" where real estate marketing is concerned. If we get a positive response, we'll probably take our "Retire to Delaware" show on the road to other major cities in the region....and who knows -perhaps we will even be "Coming Soon to a Town Near You." "Many people do not realize that the tax structure in Maryland is far more expensive than in Sussex County, Delaware, so I decided to host a few seminars (or "workshops" as we're calling them) in order to promote the many advantages of retiring to Sussex County, Delaware. "For example, a $1.2 million dollar home in Bethesda, Md. costs a property owner approximately $12,000 in property taxes per year. That same house in the Rehoboth or Lewes area would cost the tax payer only $2000 per year under current tax rates.
