I have been working with your Bay Crossing Representative, Mr. Dane Baich, for several months now as my wife, Jackie, and I made decisions regarding the new home that you will hopefully start building for us in the near future.

I just wanted to let you know that Dane has been a pleasure to work with. He has answered all our questions, or gotten the answers for us if he didn't know the answers. He has been very helpful in every way possible to help us through the sometimes difficult procedures involved in selecting specific items to be included in our new home.

Dane's sincerity and helpfulness have gone a long way in assuring us that in selecting Bay Crossing and the Blenheim Companies as the builders of our next home, that we have picked a first class company to do business with. Since starting out in Alaska as an Air Force Officer and throughout my civilian career in the Northeast, we have owned 9 homes and appreciate more than most people the benefits of dealing with a quality, reputable builder.

Jackie and I look forward to meeting you and to working with your staff as we begin the next phase of our lives.
